Airline Companies Rip Off Baggage Charges Can Be Avoided by Taking a UK Family Holiday
Why is that holidays can be such a nightmare. It is unbelievable how many things have to be organised and sorted out. Recently I have been looking for a holiday to Lanzarote. It’s been very tricky finding a villa in a nice quiet area that we are all going to like. Then once that was found, trying to find flights to get me there is a bit of a joke. I’m sure I’m not the only person who thinks that flight prices have risen sharply The price you see isn’t necessarily the final figure you will pay because you have to allow to add on fees for baggage, sitting together, meals, etc. etc.
I at last had everything organised and was literally about to book the villa and the flights when my husband phones and tells me to hold everything because he isn’t allowed to take the time off from his job as one of his colleagues has already booked that time. I give up, no truly I have given up and have decided that I am going to take the stress out of it all and take a look at UK family holidays. By changing the type of holiday I take, I am confident that I am going to be able to do pretty much what I like – when I like.
My daughter is very pleased about staying in the UK and she things it’s going to be fantastic. She has already started looking at things we can all do and the UK Activity Holidays websites have been pulled up on the computer. She has found a few places in Wales that she thinks look pretty promising. I honestly didn’t know that there could be so much to do. To begin she has already sorted out a spot of abseiling, then I think she fancies both surfing and climbing. Unfortunately for me it would seem that my sunbathing week is not going to happen this year and instead I am going to be kept busy.
By the sounds of it in fact, I will be so busy that I am going to have to think about having a look at UK short breaks on my return. Well I’m not used to much more exercise than tipping my gin and tonic glass up and down and popping into the pool for an occassional dip.
