La Résidence d'Angkor is located on the riverside in central Siem Reap, gateway town to the majestic temples of Angkor. This intimate Khmer-style hotel is set within a leafy walled garden, which gives a surreal sense of serenity and calm, the perfect place to relax after a day exploring.
Each of the 55 spacious rooms and suites are exquisitely decorated using traditional hardwoods, bamboo and natural textiles such as silk and cotton. Light and airy, with floor-to-ceiling windows, they exude peace and tranquillity. All rooms have a terrace overlooking the pool, the river or tropical gardens.

The hotel offers the choice between two excellent restaurants, the more formal “The Dining Room” or the more relaxed “The Lounge” as well as serving pool side snacks and lighter meals throughout the day. After a morning or afternoon exploring the many delights that abound in the area it is always nice to return to a calm oasis to relax and rejuvenate and of the many smaller boutique hotels La Residence is definitely one of our firm favourites. The rooms are large and comfortable as well as being stylish, the dark tiled pool is a great place to chill out and the restaurants and service are fist class.
