The building's graceful colonial 1930’s style architecture provides a stylish sense of peaceful tranquillity from the moment you enter. It is located in the heart of Siem Reap, opposite the Royal Park and within close proximity of World Heritage listed Angkor Temples, the charming old market town of Siem Reap and only 7km from the International airport.
All 120 rooms and 10 suites all have distinctive touches synonymous with the specialist Indochina Victoria Hotel chain. Each room has beautiful wooden floors, stylish furniture, exclusive fabrics and original decorative artefacts that give an incomparable feeling of relaxation. Each room has a balcony facing either swimming pool or the lush tropical gardens.
The resort is home to two excellent restaurants serving a selection of traditional western favourites, many with a Khmer twist as well as a full selection of fine wines and spirits. Le Explorateur bar is also one of our favourite hotel bars in town. The small spa has 4 indoor and 3 outdoor treatment areas and offers an extensive list of therapies including a few specifically for men!
This hotel is well located in town and represents great value for money. It is part of one of Oasis’s favourite boutique hotel chains – the Victoria group - and is a welcome addition to the Siem Reap hotel selection. The rooms are a comfortable and have more character than most of hotels of this category and price and generally do not cater for the large groups of Asian tourists found in some similarly priced hotels.
