This wonderful hotel is ideally situated in the heart of the business, entertainment and shopping area of Tsim Sha Tsui in Kowloon. It overlooks the breath-taking Victoria Harbour and enjoys spectacular views across to the iconic skyline of Hong Kong Island. The hotel is neighbour to the Hong Kong Space Museum, Museum of Art and the Hong Kong Cultural Centre, as well as just being a few minutes from both Star Ferry Terminal the Mass Transit Railway (MTR) providing easy access to every part of the city.

The majority of the 495 lavishly appointed guest rooms and all 92 suites offer magnificent views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island. The hotel offers an enticing array of splendid dining experiences, all featuring Hong Kong's most dramatic harbour views and the hotel's acclaimed cuisine and personalised service. Spoon by Alain Ducasse, in our humble opinion, is one of the best hotel restaurants found anywhere in the world in terms of the food, service and the view. A big claim we know - but one we are sure you will agree with! It serves modern food that gives the diner the freedom to mix and match food and cooking styles all with a contemporary twist on the classical French approach. There are also excellent Japanese and western dining outlets – all are excellent and each with the spectacular backdrop of Victoria Harbour. Other hotel facilities include the I-Spa, Fitness Centre, Pool Terrace, with one of Hong Kong's largest outdoor swimming pools and the unique three temperature spa pools.
 
We at Oasis have inspected and been lucky to stay at many of the finest hotels in the world and the InterContinental Hong Kong would rate as the best in its class that we have seen. The rooms are well designed and elegant, the dining options are fist class, the views are spectacular and the service as good as it gets. For such a large hotel there really are no negatives that we can think of!
