This stunning little boutique hotel, located right in the city centre, is one of the most-requested hotels in Luang Prabang, so please contact us well in advance to secure a booking. The hotel's 2 buildings have been refurbished with great reverence to the original Lao character using time-honoured techniques, wooden floors, traditional silk textiles and clay tiles. Like much of the town this building is now protected by the World Heritage Organisation.
The 3 Nagas offers just 12 superior rooms and 3 exquisite suites. Each are extremely spacious complete with sofas and terrace or balcony and beautifully appointed. There are no televisions in any of the rooms but they do have all the other mod cons such as refrigerator, air –con, telephones and even in room internet access for those with their own laptop. There are two buildings on either side of the street and there are benefits to staying in either, the lobby and boutique are on one side but the rooms on the other side have access to the bigger of the gardens which overlooks the Nam Khan River. We are sure you will be delighted with either building!
There are two restaurants under the umbrella of the 3 Nagas Boutique Hotel, namely 3 Nagas and Mango 3 Nagas and both are housed in old heritage listed buildings facing each other across the street. One side serves authentic Lao food, while Mango 3 Nagas across the road serves fusion Asian and Western cuisine. The prices are a little higher in both restaurants but you will receive, in our opinion, the most authentic, freshest and finest food in town!
Like most other boutique hotels in the town there is little in the way of facilities apart from the two restaurants. There is a small boutique selling locally sourced products made by local artisans and other Lao produce such as tea and spices.
In our opinion the 3 Nagas is simply outstanding. The location is perfect for exploring Luang Prabang on foot, the rooms are gorgeous, the service is good and overall ambience is relaxed. Ideal for anyone looking to stay in a historic setting with oodles of style!
