Located on the western edge of the lake, the hotel offers luxury and elegance throughout. It is the only deluxe boutique hotel of international standard on the shores of Inle Lake, set on 15 acres of lush gardens filled with trees and flowers in a picturesque spot overlooking the lake.
The Inle Lake View Resort has just 38 rooms, all large and spacious with private balcony and excellent views on to the Lake. They are tastefully decorated in Burmese style featuring polished wooden floors and colonial style furniture. They all include an en suite bathroom with tub, private terrace or balcony with lake view, satellite TV and minibar. The restaurant serves excellent local Shan and Burmese food as well as Indian and Chinese but western dishes are limited to a few choices. The Lotus Bar is a great place to relax at the end of an adventure filled day or, to really relax, why not try the spa for a traditional massage.
This resort is still the most comfortable place on the lakeside to stay. The rooms are stylish and spacious with fabulous daytime views to the lake, although due to being on the western shore of the lake you will not catch the sunset. The food is excellent and the service the best in the area, all in all Oasis’ premier choice in this remarkable area!
