The Paradee is a located in a unique idyllic double seaside location, on a narrow neck of land between the east- and west-facing beaches of secluded Ao Kiew at the remote and peaceful southern tip of Koh Samet, an area renowned for its pristine sandy beaches.
The resort has only 40 luxuriously appointed villas, all with a magnificent view of either lush tropical gardens, or white sandy beaches washed by the Gulf of Thailand. The villas each extend over an incredible 100 sqm, and are stylishly furnished in natural materials including teak wood, rattan and the rich hues of Thai silk. A private pool with Jacuzzi is a main feature of many of the villas.

All day dining in The Restaurant, serving international and Thai cuisine in a relaxed yet elegant setting open to the sea breezes complements the two bars, one pool side the other on the beach. Fresh ingredients are brought in to the resort on a daily basis that enables the chefs to create fabulous Asia dishes with European accents as well as Mediterranean favourites. Being an island the focus is mainly on seafood but with such a wide menu the choice really is yours.
Enjoy a wide range of water sports including snorkelling, windsurfing, sailing and scuba-diving; explore the rarely-visited beauty spots of the coast at your own pace in a canoe; or simply relax by the spacious infinity pool! If total body pampering and relaxation are what you are looking for in your beach break you should visit the luxurious spa where a variety of massages and wraps using natural ingredients and essential oils are waiting. For divers, both first timers and old hands, the PADI dive centres can arrange trips to the many dive spots just minutes away with added bonus of not having to fly there!
If you are looking for luxurious accommodation in a quiet and beautiful setting for your beach break we suggest you give this resort some serious consideration. Compared to similar standard resorts on Phuket and Samui it offers excellent value for money and the quality of the beaches are superb and the diving excellent. The only draw backs are that there is little in the way of local entertainment or dining choices but this outweighed by the natural beauty of the setting and quality of villa.
