The restaurant serves innovative local and Western dishes in a relaxed setting, whilst lighter snacks and drinks are served at the two bars. The small spa has a selection of stress relieving massages and Asian beauty treatments using natural herbs, fruit and flower extracts. There are sauna and steam rooms, refreshing hot and cold plunge pools and a beautiful free form swimming pool with Jacuzzi. The resort can arrange trips to the nearby islands, a must whilst in Krabi. They have also recently added complimentary WiFi throughout the resort.
We like The Tubkaak as it is unpretentious and relaxed with an excellent selection of comfortable rooms offering terrific value and quality. Some might think it a little too isolated but that is exactly what we like about it and after all the bars and restaurants of Ao Nang are only a twenty minute taxi ride away!
