Oasis strongly recommends that you travel with a recognised scheduled airline such as Qantas, Malaysian Airlines, Singapore Airlines and Thai Airways International etc. the reasons for this are two fold. Firstly, the quality is generally better in terms of service, food and aircraft. But more significantly they generally fly to a more reliable schedule and due to the complex nature of many of our itineraries this is very important.
If you have any special dietary requirements or seating requests, please let Oasis know at the time of booking and we shall endeavour to meet them.
Oasis does not issue flight tickets directly. We can however quote you attractive airfares to our featured destinations if departing from Australia. Payment for any tickets purchased will be as per the specific airline or the consolidator’s terms and conditions.
Internal flight tickets within our featured destinations are generally issued by our ground staff in the relevant countries and tickets will usually be handed over to you on arrival at your initial destination.
LCC’s
There are a number of low cost carriers (LCC’s) now flying out of Australia to Asia that offer spectacularly low fares to most destinations. It is only possible to book directly with these airlines, generally on-line. If you decide to travel with an LCC please let us know in advance as we will recommend that you book at least one night accommodation in your arrival hub to compensate for any delays that could affect your travel itinerary.
For example if flying to Saigon via Singapore, spend at least one night in Singapore before travelling on to Saigon.
LCC’s include:
