Song Xanh - Mekong Delta Cruises
The newly launched Song Xanh Sampans offer a brand new and authentic way to see the Mekong Delta. The uniquely built sampans, are stylishly designed and inspired by the ancient traditional Indochinese river boats that have plyed the Mekong for many years. At first glance these luxury small boats look just like any other in the Delta but a real surprise awaits the guests!
Although not en suite you will only share the bathroom with whoever is travelling in your party as we usually privately charter the boats. There are one and two bedroom options available. The itinerary takes you far from the usual boat trips offered in this part of the Delta and the food and service is first class.
The Song Xanh Sampans are, in our opinion, the most luxurious and interesting way to see the Mekong Delta, larger boats (the Bassac) and luxury hotels (the Victoria Can Tho and Victoria Chau Doc) are available if smaller more intimate style boats are do not fit your requirements. The client feedback we have consitently puts this overnight cruise as the highlight of Vietnam! There are only a few boats available so early booking is essential.
