The charming resort of Victoria Phan Thiet is located directly on the stunning beachfront in a quite location not far from Phan Thiet fishing village. The resorts 60 bungalow style villas are set in a seven hectare exotic garden that offers guests a haven of peace and tranquillity.
The bungalows are spacious and bright, decorated in honey and coral tones with a Vietnamese touch of linen curtains, teak furniture, silk cushions and white bed linens are adorned with a traditional embroidered quilt. Each bungalow features a large bathroom with courtyard with hammock and al-fresco shower and a large outdoor patio facing the sea. There is a good selection of room category to choose between including the simpler Sea View Bungalow to the huge ultra luxurious Private Pool Beach Villas.
The hotel has two excellent restaurants serving sumptuous local fare, seafood and international favourites. The beachfront Tea Bar is the perfect place to unwind with a bottle of your favourite wine from their extensive cellar or a cocktail or two. The Spa has a list of treatment sure to delight even the most avid spa fan including massages and all manner of beauty services. And for the more active there are two swimming pools, including a brand new infinity pool, a selection of watersports and free use of the resort bicycles. For those wanting to stay in touch with the outside world there is free WiFi access. Baby sitting services are available on request.
The Victoria Phan Thiet is one of the area’s leading resorts in terms of service and accommodation. If there is any criticism it would be that it is a little isolated and eating out at night will require a short taxi ride to the many restaurants and bars, but that said its isolation is one of its main draw points as it’s a perfect place for relaxing after visiting the often hectic cities of Hanoi and Saigon.
