Located in the state of Madhya Pradesh, Kanha National Park is one of Indiaā€™s largest and most popular National Park that offers a good chance of viewing tigers in the wild.

The park boasts over two hundred tigers and leopards as well as deer, antelope, sloth bear, Indian wild dog and langur monkeys. Jeep safariā€™s around Kanha National Park take place twice a day, one in the morning from around 6am-11am and the other in the afternoon from about 3-6pm, with numbers limited to a maximum of 6 people per jeep. There is also the possibility in Kanha National Park to venture out on safari on the back of an elephant this can only be done in the morning. The best way to reach Kanha National Park is to fly to either Raipur or Nagpur airport.
