Little Rock, Arkansas
With the Arkansas River to the north and Ouachita Mountains to the west, Little Rock, Arkansas, is decorated with natural beauty. This flourishing city is linked with political and historical significance.
The hub of Little Rock is the bustling River Market District featuring restaurants, shops, bars, nightlife, museums and hotels and the area's main library.
Visit the William E. "Bill" Clark Wetlands located in the Clinton Presidential Park. In thirteen acres of restored wetlands take a stroll along the 1,600-foot boardwalk to discover the wild and river life that inhabit the area. The wetlands provide access to conservation, environmental, and wildlife opportunities.
Just to the west of the city is Pinnacle Mountain State Park with a birdseye view of the city from its summit and a variety of nature trails around the base and provides views of the water portion of the Trail of Tears route and, on a clear day, you will see a plethora of hikers on their way up to the top to the next-level view.
